Secchia 2021 - COPPA ITALIA DRF

Siamo lieti di annunciarvi che il fine settimana del 4 Settembre 2021, il Gruppo Aeromodellistico Secchia (G.A.S.) - Magreta (MO), ospiterà per la seconda volta nei suoi spazi la 5° tappa del torneo di drone racing amatoriale della COPPA ITALIA DRF.

La COPPA ITALIA DRF 2021 è patrocinata dal CSI Nazionale, per cui possono partecipare alla competizione solamente i Piloti tesserati con le associazioni affiliate al CSI - Centro Sportivo Italiano. We are glad to announce that on the weekend of 4 September 2021, the Team of GAS (Gruppo Aeromodellistico Secchia) - Magreta (MO) will host the 5th stage of the DRF ITALIAN CUP drone racing tournament for the second time in its spaces.

The COPPA ITALIA DRF 2021 is a CSI tournament, so italian pilots must be registered with sportive clubs affiliated to the CSI - Centro Sportivo Italiano in order to participate in the competition. World CUP e Campionato Italiano F9U

L'evento ospiterà anche la World CUP e il Campionato Italiano F9U!

Per partecipare al Campionato Italiano F9U è necessaria regolare licenza FAI.

Per partecipare alla World Cup occorre licenza FAI o Drone Permission.

REQUISITI DI PARTECIPAZIONE E PROGRAMMA

La partecipazione sarà subordinata all’applicazione obbligatoria del protocollo di sicurezza per il contenimento covid-19 definito dalla Federazione Sportiva e dalla Federazione Medico Sportiva di cui si ricordano le misure principali, come per esempio arrivare nel sito di gara con mascherina, guanti, autocertificazione al seguito e rispettare le distanze di sicurezza. Sarà inoltre presa la temperatura corporea. Le gare sono state programmate per svolgersi nella sola giornata di sabato 4 settembre 2021. Nel caso di molte iscrizioni alla gara, alcune sessioni potranno slittare alla giornata di domenica 5 settembre 2021. Le competizioni termineranno con relativa premiazione finale presso il campo volo del Gruppo Aeromodellistico Secchia (GAS) - Magreta (MO).

REGOLAMENTO
Ogni gara farà fede il proprio regolamento.

RESPONSABILITÀ
L'organizzazione non assume altri obblighi all'infuori di quelli riguardanti le assegnazioni dei premi sulla base dei punteggi ottenuti.
Non si assume nessuna responsabilità per danni a persone o cose, di concorrenti o di terzi, dipendenti dallo svolgimento della competizione.

SVOLGIMENTO

La gara si svolgerà in 3 fasi:

- Prove libere: almeno due round cosi che il Livetime riorganizzi le heat piloti per le qualifiche e utili per testare i dispositivi.
- Qualifiche: sono prove a tempo composte da 5 sessioni distinte (round), per ogni pilota: a) Campionato Italiano F9U e World Cup: si effettua la media dei 3 migliori tempi presi sui 5 round; b) Coppa Italia DRF: si sommeranno i 3 migliori tempi consecutivi di un round sui 5 svolti.
- Eliminatorie: consiste in una gara a doppia eliminazione prendendo i primi 16 piloti delle qualifiche.

Dalle ore 14:00 alle ore 16:00: Qualifiche
Dalle ore 16:00 alle ore 17:00: Finali Campionato Italiano e World Cup
Dalle ore 17:00 alle ore 19:00: Semifinale e Finale C.I. DRF
Dalle ore 19:00 alle ore 19:30: Premiazioni

Participation will be subject to the mandatory application of the safety protocol for covid-19 containment defined by the Sports Federation and the Sports Medical Federation of which the main measures are recalled, such as arriving at the competition site with a mask, gloves, self-certification and respect the safety distances. Body temperature will also be taken. The competitions have been scheduled to take place only on Saturday 4 September 2021. However, in the case of many registrations for the race, some sessions may be postponed to Sunday 5 September 2021. The competitions will end with the relative final award ceremony at the airfield of the Gruppo Aeromodellistico Secchia (GAS) - Magreta (MO).

The race process will take place according to 3 phases:

- Free practice: at least two rounds so that the Livetime reorganizes the heat of pilots for the subsequent qualification phase and useful for testing/setting the devices.
- Qualifications: time trials consisting of 5 distinct rounds, for each pilot: a) Italian F9U Championship and World Cup: the average of the 3 best times taken over the 5 rounds; b) Italian Cup DRF: the 3 best consecutive times of a round out of the 5 performed will be added.
- Elimination: consists of a double elimination race taking the first 16 pilots of the qualifications.

From 11:30 to 13:30: Qualifications
From 13:30 to 14:00: Break with simple LUNCH offered by the GAS

From 16:00 to 17:00: Italian Championship and World Cup Finals
From 17:00 to 19:00: Semifinal and Final C.I. DRF
From 19:00 to 19:30: Awards ceremony
